January 2009 - Camp out at the Laxton Farm

Our camp out or "freeze out" for January was held on the 30-31 at the Laxton farm in Smithville. Attending were William H, Harrison H, Hayden P, Graham P, Tyler T, Garrett A, Caleb F, and Steven L. Adults attending were Adrian H, Josh T. Extra drivers - Phil P, and Lonnie L for both Friday and Saturday. Everyone pitched and slept in tents. Everyone prepared and cooked their own menus. The major activities for the camp out were the zip line and a hike to the top of the water fall. Temperatures for the two days ranged from about 15-35 degrees.
